How to Order

Placing an order with Savannah Cigars is fast, simple, and secure. All you need to do is print a copy of our order form, fill it out, and then call, email, or mail in your order. Just follow these three easy steps, and you’ll have the items you ordered on your doorstep in no time!

**Due to online purchasing restrictions we are currently not able to sell tobacco products online. Below are the instructions on how to order products to be shipped to your USA location of choice. We apologize for any inconvenience.**

2. Fill Out Your Order Form

Simply indicate the items and quantity of the cigars wanted and fill in your shipping and billing information. Don’t forget to add shipping costs (see the shipping table below or printed on the order form). NOTE: Be sure to provide the phone number (with area code) where you can be reached as all orders must be confirmed by phone.

3. Send Your Order

It’s as easy as that! We will promptly fill and ship your order per your instructions. Be sure to include your contact information so we can call or email you with any further questions regarding your order.

Shipping Costs

Please note: All orders, including overnight deliveries, must be placed before 2 PM EST to process and ship the same day. ALL orders placed after 2 PM on Friday through 2 PM Monday will go out Monday. We only ship Monday – Friday. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included in delivery time. Saturday delivery is available for $50.00 if the order is placed on Friday before 2 PM.

Shipping Fees

• $8.50 Smallest USPS Priority Mail Pre-Paid box or envelope. Fits 6-10 cigars depending on size or three 4 oz. bags of pipe/chewing tobacco or a few loose cigars.
• $11.50 USPS Priority Mail Regional Rate Box A. Fits four or more bags of pipe/chewing tobacco or 6-15 loose cigars or one small box.
• $15.00 Medium USPS Priority Mail Pre-Paid box. Fits a large or heavy box of cigars or two bundles of cigars.
• $20.00 Large USPS Priority Pre-Paid box. Fits two boxes, three or more bundles or one extra-large box of cigars.
• $23.00 USPS Priority Mail Regional Rate Box B. Fits 25-50 CT humidor, four or more bundles.
• $35.00 for oversized packages of 75-100+ CT humidors, we use a box large enough for the humidor inside it’s own box to fit.
• Overnight shipping same as above.

We use Post Office Priority Mail with delivery confirmation for tracking. Arrival in 2-3 business days.

No International Shipping.

Cigar orders of five or more boxes, humidors or other products of substantial weight may be subject to additional freight charges determined by the weight of the package.
